Family of the man who died following an altercation with Verne Gagne has not decided whether to file charges

The family of Helmut Guttman has not decided whether they will pursue criminal charges against Verne Gagne, who is accused of breaking Guttman's hip during an altercation in a Bloomington heath care facility last month. "We're still dealing with the death on an emotional level," said Guttman's daughter Ruth Hennig.
