When i was making out my top ten favorite cartoon characters I really did think about snoopy, but he just didnt make the cut. But a character within a character should have.
If you know anything about snoopy then you know his alterego "Joe Cool". Now Joe was the coolest and when i was a kid he was the best thing going, that is til the Fonz came along!
So here's to Joe Cool, man you rock!
