John Graziano Sr. was arrested for attempting to hire a hit man to kill his wife, Debra. He is the father of John Graziano Jr, who was horribly injured in a 2007 car wreck, where Nick Hogan was the driver. Graziano attempted to hire a hit man, paying him with "$1,100 cash, a $1,000 personal check and a $13.06 gift card to Westshore Pizza". Graziano Sr. was being investigated for several months, and at the time of his arrest, he was dealing with an undercover police officer, and not a hit man as he thought.
Hulk Hogan and his family have claimed that John Jr. had started spending so much time with the Hogan family due to issues between the father and some. Things escalated when Debra and John Sr. became estranged after the accident, and Hogan began paying for a residence for Debra.
Last year, during the sentencing of Nick Hogan, the Graziano family showed up as a united front. The Hogan family had long stated that there were major family issues there that weren't coming out. The lawsuit between the Graziano family and the Hogan family is currently ongoing.
