Amazing Story
Bill Fulton doesn't remember losing his wallet, but its return helped him remember the past. The leather stayed smooth and the cowboy design unblemished. The zipper moved with ease. And when he looked inside, the contents brought back memories from 1946, when he apparently dropped the wallet behind the balcony bleachers in the Baker Middle School gym.
Fulton's Social Security card and bicycle license, bearing the address where he lived during his teenage years, were positioned in their respective compartments, apparently untouched since the year after World War II ended.
Fulton, 78, said he probably lost the wallet while cheering for the Baker High basketball team with a group of friends. Though a high school team, the Bulldogs played at the middle school gym back then

A Brand New Old Hobby
My wife and I have been talking lately about hobbies and how she would love to take up a new one, but she wasn’t quite sure which one would be best suited for her.
She is a very classy lady and loves the things around her to reflect that fact, so I have been researching hobbies and I found something that I passed by her and she thought it was a really great idea.
She had never had a dollhouse as a child and after seeing the website I found she was all for the dollhouse idea. The website is ran by Zoolabees and they specialize in dollhouse miniatures.
I checked what they have to offer on their site from dollhouse toys to animals and pets, and the craftsmanship is amazing. I really didn’t expect what I found, but I would call this an art form and I really think my wife’s new hobby will really ad to the atmosphere of our home.
There is so much to choose from at Zoolabees that this hobby can go on and on. Let me tell you just a few of the categories of miniatures that I found there; bathroom, bedroom and vanity, clocks, clothing, flowers and plants, kitchen, mirrors, and pictures and frames. Now like I said, those are only a few of what I found there.
Who knows maybe I will be helping my wife do the decorating, the least I could do is decorate the home theater room that I would love to have in real life, but I guess I could live vicariously through the miniatures.

Although lawyers for the Jackson family claim no will exists for the late Michael Jackson, a seven-year-old draft for a final testament surfaced yesterday.The 2002 draft left his estate to his mother Katherine Jackson, his three children -- Prince Michael, 12, Paris, 11, and Blanket, 7 -- and at least one charity, according to the Wall Street Journal.
Jackson's father, Joe Jackson, wasn't listed as an heir.
The document also names attorney John Branca and music executive John McClain as executors of the estate. Branca was on retainer for Jackson from 1980 to 2006 and was rehired shortly before the singer's sudden death on Thursday.
Although Jackson reportedly died with approximately $500 million in debt, the value of his assets likely outweigh that by $200 million or more, sources told the paper.
Call my weird but I believe it's not going to be this easy, I think it will be getting nasty before it gets finalized. I just hope the children don't get caught up in the middle of all of it.

This Could Get Messy
Michael Jackson's mother asked a Superior Court judge on Monday to name her administrator of her late son's estate so she can ensure the King of Pop's three children are its beneficiaries. The court filing states that Jackson's parents believe he died without a valid will.
Supporting Katherine Jackson in her petition bid to administer the estate was Jackson's father, Joe Jackson.
Not sure how wise it is to put this in the hands of Jackson’s father, his track record isn’t all that good.
But that’s only my opinion
Fred Travalena Passes Away
Fred Travalena, the man of 1,000 voices and faces, and known as one of the top impressionists in the world has passed away after a seven year battle with cancer.The comedian and entertainer passed away Sunday due to a recurrence of an aggressive form of Non-Hodgkin's lymphoma.
It’s another sad day, Mr. Travalena was a very funny man and will be missed.
May he rest in peace.

WWE Possibly Facing Lawsuit Over The "RAW" Brand
Muscle Flex issued a press release today stating they are poised to file a lawsuit against WWE seeking damages over the use of the "Raw" brand name in Canada. Muscle Flex claims they have a trademark right to the brand "In the Raw" and claims WWE has caused confusion in the marketplace with its use of "Raw" to market products.
From their press release: "Muscle Flex Inc. is in the process of exploring any and all remedies with regards to damages and past trademark infringement by the WWE in connection to their unauthorized use of 'RAW' in Canada."
Muscle Flex says they "successfully defended" their trademark right to "In the Raw" in June 2008. The Canadian Intellectual Property Office ruled that certain items in WWE's trademark application were "confusingly similar and thus lacked distinctiveness" from MF's registered trademark. The file on that particular ruling is expected to close in July 2009.

As everyone knows that comes to this page, I am a television addict, so my living room is practically built around my flat screen television. Billy Mays Found Dead
TV pitchman Billy mays was found dead by his wife this morning, no reason given as to what happened to him.He may not have been the kind of legend that Michael Jackson, Farrah Fawcett, or Ed McMahon were but he was definitely a legend in television infommercials.
Some may not recognize his name but if showed them one of his commercials they would surely know the man.
It's been a sad couple of weeks with these deaths, I just hope my readers will keep them and their families in their prayers.

The United States Court of Appeals in Georgia has overruled a previous judgment, and have stated that the nude photos of Nancy Benoit that were published by Hustler were published without permission and without compensation, which violated Nancy Benoit's privacy.The photos in question, taken in 1993 when Nancy was considering an adult modeling career, were though to be destroyed when he requested so, deciding not to go into that line of work. The photos resurfaced after her death, and were published by Hustler in the spring of 2008. Nancy Benoit's parents, The Toffoloni family immediately filed a lawsuit, which they lost because the judge felt as if the photos were "newsworthy" due to Nancy's passing.
Today the appeals court ruled with the Toffoloni family, stating the following..
"The photographs by themselves serve no legitimate purpose of disseminating news and needlessly expose aspects of the plaintiff's private life to the public. Indeed, people are nude every day and the news media does not typically find the occurrence worth reporting."
Hustle Magazine has the right to appeal the judgment. Richard Decker, the family's lawyer made the following comments on their victory today…
"When this came out, it was like she had been murdered all over again. It was just horrible. These photographs would have never made it to Hustler because they just weren't raunchy enough without the notoriety.
Recently the Toffoloni family filed suit against Dr. Phil Astin and three unnamed pharmaceutical companies.
Hustler will have to answer to a higher authority someday for their disgusting ways, but especially for this.

Ric Flair & WWE Finished?
WWE has decided they will not be offering Ric Flair a new contract and the word making the rounds is that they have no plans to use Flair on television in the near future. This is largely being considered a business decision on the part of WWE as they don't want to sign him as they don't want anyone under contract whose bookings they don't have full control over. This news comes just one day after Elaine Gillespie of Gillespie Talent, who handles Flair's non-wrestling bookings, sent out a statement to the media letting people know that Flair is still available for bookings through them and not WWE even though he has been on Raw recently
WWE brought Flair to the TV tapings two weeks ago in Charlotte, NC in hopes that it would swerve backstage leaks going out saying Flair was at the show and giving people the impression he would be announced as the new GM when instead they went with the surprising Donald Trump announcement that ending up only lasting a week.

RIP Michael Jackson
I would like to say a few words about Michael Jackson and I would like to keep thos words about his career and not the lunacy that was his life.I honestly believe it would be fair in saying the Michael was responsible for alot of the musicians playing today, his music broke all barriers and brough all races together into the enjoyment of it. The Album "Thriller" was probably one of the best ever to come out of any studio anywhere in the world.
He called himself the "king of pop" I say that's not completely true, he was much more then that. His music from "Thriller" and "Bad" was rock and roll plain and simple, but it was rock and roll that you could dance too. I just don't think of that as pop, I don't know how to catagorize it as it was a genre unto itself and has yet to be duplicated.
I don't know what when on behind the curtain of Michael Jackson's life, but I do know when he hit that stage, he had this country boy's attention. His music and stage show were one of a kind, He was a "King" of his own brand and he's influenced so many after him.
I would like to thank him for that, thanks for being one of the influences of this musician, thanks for show, but mostly Michael, thanks for the music!

I look back at my life sometimes and wish I would have taken a different career path. Right now I am working four different jobs just to make ends meet and some days those ends barely do meet.

Unbelieveable
Looks like Rosie O'Donnell somehow landed a radio gig now on sirius radio. When will people learn that no one wants to listen to her stupid rantings? why else do you think her talk show went into the toilet?

Michael Cole Arrested

Judas, real name Michael Cole, was arrested over the weekend for attacking promoter Donovan Loftis in the locker room of his National Championship Wrestling promotion in Greenville, SC. As the story goes, Loftis made derogatory comments about Cole on a message board, although apparently they were made in jest. Cole had worked for Loftis in the past. According to the story, Loftis and his son were going into the locker room and he had his hands full, and Cole punched him, knocking him down, and kicked him in the head when he was down, knocking him out. He was arrested that night by Greenville sheriff's deputies and was released after posting bail. He has a 7/8 court date.

Farrah Fawcett dies at 62
Farrah Fawcett died Thursday after battling cancer. She was 62.She died Thursday shortly before 9:30 a.m. PDT in a Santa Monica hospital.
She had been diagnosed with anal cancer in 2006. As she underwent treatment, she enlisted the help of actor Ryan O'Neal, who had been her longtime companion and was the father of her son, Redmond, born in 1985.
This month, O'Neal said he asked Fawcett to marry him and she agreed. They would wed "as soon as she can say yes," he said.
It's just a sad sad day friends, May she rest in peace.

TV Guide Magazine Wonders if Ousted Producer Saved Salem
TV Guide Magazine's Michael Logan has a new feature up begging the question did Ed Scott, former co-executive producer of The Young and the Restless, and for a time, Days of Our Lives, save the soap opera, crediting Scott with turning DAYS around and helping it to secure 13 Emmy nods. Here's what Scott, who Logan reports has three feature films in the works, has to say:

According to Perez himself, when a member of the Black Eyed Peas told him that he shouldn't critisize their latest album , Hilton said he would critisize anything he wanted and then called the man a "faggot".

Mike Graham Defends B. Brian Blair
Former Championship Wrestling from Florida star Mike Graham was interviewed by the MyFox affiliate in Tampa, regarding the arrest of B. Brian Blair. Graham states that Blair was defending his wife from his son. He also states that the boy runs away, doesn't attend school and refuses to listen to his father, threatening to have him arrested if he touches him. You can read more about it here. WWE Star Injured & Needs Surgery
Monday night before RAW, WWE taped a triple threat match for Thursday's edition of WWE Superstars between Kofi Kingston, MVP and Matt Hardy. According to WrestlingObsever.com, Hardy suffered a torn abdominal muscle during the match and is scheduled for surgery later this week. No word yet on how long he'll be out. As the WWE says "Please don't try this at home!"

Wrestlers Pissed
According to sources, many of the wrestlers in WWE are under the impression that Rey Mysterio has given his notice. A friend of Mysterio is also under the same impression. The stance from the WWE office is that there have been financial issues, but that he has not given his notice. It could be a situation where Mysterio has told people he has given notice, or intends to, but at this point has not. If Mysterio were to walk away from WWE, he would have options in Mexico.WWE Teasing The McMahon/Trump Storyline Is Not Over
World Wrestling Entertainment issued a press release teasing that the storyline involving Vince McMahon & Donald Trump is not over. "Although Trump is no longer the 'owner' of Monday Night Raw, this may not be the end of the feud between these two world class promoters," WWE said in the press release.
The storyline appeared to have ended last night, after only one week.

Ed McMahon dies in LA at 86
Ed McMahon died shortly after midnight at Ronald Reagan UCLA Medical Center surrounded by his wife, Pam, and other family members.No cause of death was given, but the Tonight Show sidekick had many health problems the last year of his life.

Brian Blair Releaed From Jail, Calls His Father's Day Arrest "Unfortunate"
Former WWF superstar and Brian Blair was released from Orient Road Jail in Tampa, Florida this morning a day after he was accused of beating up his two sons on Father's Day.

"It's a real, I guess, unfortunate situation, that it's a misunderstanding that could have been prevented," Blair told reporters. "I have over 7,000 hours mentoring children, and the last thing that I'd ever do is hurt a kid. Sometimes the hardest kids to mentor are your own."
Blair told reporters that he loves his constituents and hopes to continue his life in politics. "If they were there, I think they'd understand the situation," he said. "The most important thing is that my wife is OK."

The Donald Trump Storyline Comes To An End
As quickly as the storyline began, it seems the storyline with Donald Trump "buying Monday Night Raw" is over. Tonight on Raw, Vince McMahon interrupted Donald Trump during his address to the fans on Monday Night Raw. Trump stated that he had many billionaire fans who offered to buy Raw off of him for much more than he paid Vince. Vince then said that he realized he was played by Trump. Vince first offers to buy back Monday Night Raw for the price he paid, Trump declines. Vince says a good business man would want to get his money back plus then some, so he offers to pay Trump what he paid plus 25%, Trump declines again. Vince then says 50%, Trump Declines again. Vince goes for 75%, still Trump Declines.
Finally, McMahon says he will buy back Monday Night Raw for double the price, Donald Trump agrees. Vince McMahon closes out Raw with doing his infamous line "Your Fired!".Trump slaps McMahon as the segment ends.

The Big Question
With the way the economy has been going and the government spending trillions of dollars its kind of hard to know what to do with my own money. I mean I am thinking, should I sell or should I stick it out until the economy turns itself around? Not an easy decision by anyone’s standards.
I believe I am staying in because I really do believe the economy will make that turn without the help of the government, but then that’s my opinion.

Divorce
Looks like Jon and kate are going to get a divorce, now will they do the adult thing and walk away from the show in order to protect their children?I don't see that happening, do you? Or perhaps TLC would like to cancel the show in order to save the sanity of those 8 children? I dont see that happening either.
How about if the millions watching turn the channel for the good of the children? don't see that happening either.
It's a sad world we live in and the ones getyting hurt..the children.

Well another celebrity gets out of a law breaking incident. Chris Brown is showing the world that if you have enough money you can beat the hell out of a woman and spend no time in jail.Oh but he has to clean graffiti off walls or pick up trash, poor thing!

Where are all the sitcoms? I remember when I used to plan a night around the television just so i could laugh at all the great comedies that were on television. Now, i plan my night by trying to find something new thats worth watching on television.
I'm sure alot of you will agree with me that they have gone way overboard on the reality shows! Time to start trimming them back and put the writers back to work!
but then that's only my opinion!

B. Brian Blair Arrested For Child Abuse
Former Hillsborough County Commissioner and professional wrestler Brian Blair was arrested on Sunday morning at 5:12AM in his Forest Hills home, accused of beating up both of his sons on Father's Day. According to the reports, Blair pushed his 17-year-old son, Brett, in the chest at the family's home, and when the boy tried to walk away, Blair grabbed him, punched him in the face and put him in a choke hold. Blair then grabbed his younger son by the throat, 12-year-old Bradley, and then punched him in the head. Blair has been released on his own recognizance, but faces two domestic violence charges of child abuse.

According to Pwinsider.com, Candice Michelle tried to post a goodbye message on the WWE Universe website. But the blog was removed when her section was deleted from the WWE Website. Here is the message:Dear WWE Universe,
Today is the first day of my next journey! I am filled with excitement and gratitude that I wanna express! First and foremost I wanna say thank-you to the McMahon family! Thank-you Vince, Linda, and Stephanie! I have had an amazing 5years wrestling for you guys! You have taught me and given me so many incredible memories! My time in the WWE was so heartfelt and an incredible journey that I will never forget. I wanna thank the people who have helped me there to be successful! Thank-You Johnny Laurenitis, Mark Corrono, and the rest of talent relations! You guys are awesome at what you do and I appreciate everything you have done for me! Kurt Angle Says He'll Never Work For Vince McMahon Again
At the Grand Rapids TNA live show, Kurt Angle squashed the WWE return rumors. Angle announced that he loves TNA, wants to extend his contract with the company and that he will never return to the WWE again. He said he never wants to work for Vince McMahon again, despite his recent radio appearance where he said he could return to WWE if he wanted to, since his TNA contract is about to expire and he did not burn any bridges in WWE when he left.

TNA Pushing For Second Show On Spike TV
Jeremy Borash has been talking on-and-off with network execs to get his Spin Cycle web series to air on Spike TV. After viewing the most recent episode, which featured Foley and JB poking fun at Eric Bischoff and Scott Steiner kissing Angelina Love, Dixie Carter is said to be on board with formally pitching the idea to Spike at some point in time. Dixie thought the episode was hilarious and getting the series on Spike would be a way of increasing the depth of their programming without hurting the budget.
The internet-exclusive shows produced by Jeremy Borash usually range from 10 to 15 minutes in length and are available on YouTube. Borash hosts the show with four guests and gets them all to answer questions on various subjects both wrestling-related and not. Previous episodes featured footage of Vince Russo sleeping in Mick Foley's kids' bedroom while on the road, and Don West comparing himself to Brad Pitt in Fight Club.

Idiots
You know it amazes me the things people will rally behind and then when something real comes about they won't even discuss it, only to bash someone else.Ok, I can see that I have confused you, let me explain (no worries it won't be too long, I'll make my point and stop, I promise), Did anyone see the video of President Obama killing the fly during an interview with cnbc (I almost puke typing thos letters)?
Well friends, PETA (an extreme bunch that does more harm to animals then they do good, an example would be threatening Ted Nugents children because he hunts) sent the President a letter complaining about how inhumane it was the way he did the fly! A FREAKIN' FLY!
Well that's a bit extreme, but how about people like Jessica Alba standing to raise awareness about the declining population of the great white shark (she hug posters over a United Way billboard.
Ok those are just two examples and if I did a little more research i could give you a million more. But where are these people when Dr. Tiller ( the late term abortion doctor that was murdered recently) was casually killing these late term babies, that could survive out of the womb?
I'll tell you, they were no where to be found, and now that he is dead, they make him out to be a hero! A FREAKIN' HERO FOR MURDERING BABIES!
And where do they lay the blame for his death? On Bill O'Reilly! Why? Because Bill O'Reilly actually reported the evil things this man did before being killed! So now they say this man's blood is on O'Reilly's hands! I say THESE BABIES BLOOD IS ON EVERYONE'S HANDS THAT DID NOTHING ABOUT IT!

Yesterday Screen Rant reported that director Bryan Singer is interested in returning to the X-Men franchise, six years after directing X2. Today we have another member of the X-Men team, Anna Paquin (who played Rogue in the first three movies), showing interest in doing another X-Men movie as well - in this case, the upcoming X-Men: First Class.In a recent interview with IGN, Paquin talked a bit about the X-Men movies she’s starred in so far, and commented on her potential return to the series. When X-Men: First Class was first announced, Variety reported that the characters most likely to appear in the film would be Rogue, Iceman, Angel, Jubilee, Colossus and Shadowcat, amongst others

Liv Tyler To The Rescue
Looks like Liv Tyler is one of the few that will get involved when seeing a child (possibly) being verbally and physically abused, please understand that it was more of a woman shouting at a crying child and swatting him so i really can't tell you if it was abuse or not.But here is the conversation that went on between Miss Tyler and the woman:
"You can't do that!" she reportedly told the woman. "I'm going to call the police. I'm going to call child services!"
But there was apparently a language barrier, because the ostensible babysitter repeatedly replied, "No entiendo" ("I don't understand").
Tyler was snapped bending over to console the distressed tot before heading back to her car, looking visibly upset.
"When I saw that, I couldn't take it," she told the shutterbugs. "I had to do something."
As Bill O'Reilly would say, Miss Tyler is definitely a patriot...
But then, that's only my opinion.

Cher Speaks
Cher is speaking out for the first time since news broke that her adult child Chaz Bono was in a transition from female to male.In the new issue of People magazine on newsstands Friday, Cher, 63, shares her thoughts about the news:
"Chaz is embarking on a difficult journey, but one that I will support. I respect the courage it takes to go through this transition in the glare of public scrutiny, and although I may not understand, I will strive to be understanding."
Cher goes on to say, "The one thing that will never change is my abiding love for my child."
I will never understand the sickness that causes people to do stupid things like this, but I am totally blown away by Cher's statement and believe it of not I have found a new respect for Cher.
Sounds to me like she is saying she doesn't agree or understand it, but she supports her child, and that friends is a good mother.
But then that's only my opinion

But a small group of protesters who want the talk show host fired gathered Tuesday outside Letterman's Times Square studio as his show was being taped.
In response, Letterman unveiled his "Top Ten Things Overheard At The 'Fire David Letterman' Rally."

Number 9: "Well, it was nice of CBS to provide the catering"

Days of Our Lives have pulled out the stops and announced that fan favourite characters, some also tinkering on veteran status, are making a comeback to the shows canvas. Announcements that Crystal Chappell and Wally Kurth are coming back to Salem as Dr Carly Manning and Justin Kiriakis respectively, have sent extreme waves of excitement throughout every DAYS fanbase around the globe.
First it was Carly Manning, the highly prolific medico from Salem University, Bo's second biggest love interest and heir to the Von Leuschner fortune. Salem will never be the same again once Carly finally comes face to face with Bo Brady for the first time in 15 years. Hope will not know what hit her This could be DAYS finest hour if the team of writers can come together and utilise each character with upmost creativity and give the soap hungry audience what we have been craving for so long. I'm torn. Carly Manning was the perfect replacement for Hope during the time Kristian Alfonso was off the show and Hope was presumed dead, but now the entire scene has changed. Where will DAYS go with this?
As for Wally Kurth, Justin Kiriakis was heir, and to me still is, heir to the Kiriakis Empire. Just wait till you see the embrace between Victor and nephew Justin when he sets foot back into the Kiriakis mansion. However, his return is incomplete if Adrienne can not be by his side. It will be difficult for Days writers to come up with creative storyline without Judi Evans. There's nothing left to say to Days exec's except to bring back Judi Evans and Louise Sorel as Vivian Alamain, then we will have one hell of a ball game!
