Sending Some Love

I have traveled a lot in the past four years since meeting my wife, who is a native of the Philippine Islands. I don’t really like to take the time to stop and jump on a phone or jump on the computer to contact those that I love waiting at home so usually I will go find cheap postcards to send to them. I know this sounds bad of me but I have learned over the years that they enjoy getting these postcards a lot more then an email. They actually love waiting for it to come in their mailboxes.

So I have made it a point to make sure that I can send all of the family and a few friends postcards whenever I find myself away from home and to tell you the truth I kind of look forward to sending therm now too especially since I know that they are anxiously waiting for them at home.

I always like to recommend a good thing so you know that this post will be no different, if you find yourselves away from home friends, then make sure you send a postcard to the ones that you love, it will go over much better then you might think!

Dixie Carter confirms the contractual release of a former TNA Knockouts Champion

Dixie Carter posted a note on her Twitter page confirming Dot Net reports that Awesome Kong is no longer with the company. "Due to personal reasons, Kong asked for/was granted an early release from her contract," Carter wrote. "We support her during this time and hope she is back soon." My wife and I met a few years back and how we met would surprise some people if she weren’t from another country. Yes friends, we met on the internet, and we are proud to say so. It seems when you meet on the internet you grow a closer bond as you are forced to communicate instead of always being only physical.

So would I recommend online dating or can you ask me how to succeed with online dating? Sure, ask away and I can possibly point you in the right direction toward someone that might just be able to answer your questions better then I can.

What do you think of online dating personally? I would really like to know your thoughts and perhaps I can share my thoughts with you as well and maybe we both might learn something. That would be good for you as you will be the one pursuing the ultimate online dating experience and it can be good for me as well that I may be able to explain better the plus side to online dating versus the negative side.

I'll Drink To That

It’s been just a little over fourteen years since the day that I stopped drinking and yet I continue to collect beer and liquor collectibles and memorabilia for one reason of another. I collect everything from collectable liquor bottles to rare beer brands and I even have a german beer boot!

It’s kind of amazing how much I actually am still around all things regarding alcohol. I quit drinking on January 29, 1996 and since then I have owned a night club, manage a night club for someone else and worked in a liquor store, so I guess it just seems right that I would collect these things and believe it or not a lot of these things go up in value!

My collection is in very good taste and even my wife enjoys having them around, if for nothing else they sure have sparked a few conversations from time to time.

Someday I will take the time to photograph all of my collectibles and share them with you. Perhaps you could leave a picture or two of the things that you collect, it could make for some excellent conversation as well. Here’s to you friends, good health and happiness to us all!

Loaded TNA Impact main event

TNA Impact is headlined by A.J. Styles vs. Jeff Hardy in a dream match that apparently TNA officials didn't want anyone to know about last week for some reason. The company did not hype the match on last week's television show, nor was it mentioned on the TNA Today show last week when one other match was announced. However, it is finally listed on the TNA website. Rich Twilling will make his triumphant return tonight to host the Impact show beginning at 8:00 p.m. CT.

Got Game?

Many of you that come here know that I have some free time on my hands after taking my wife to her nail tech school, so I look for things to do on the internet, such as keep my blogs up, my many different networking pages that I visit and of course , just like everyone else, I like to play games on my computer.

I know of several sights to go to in order to get my need for competition from the games on my facebook to poptropica I always find a game to take up my time until it is time to pick up my wife from school.

It does get lonely here in the afternoons, I guess that would be one of the fall backs of working the night shift. So share with me friends, the things that you do during your fee time, be it games or facebook or whatever you do. Perhaps we can compare and find something great that all of us will love!

Ric Flair's 2/21 Domestic Violence 911 Call

TMZ .com has obtained the 911 call made the night Ric Flair's wife allegedly assaulted him on February 21 -- a call that was made by the daughter of Flair's wife.

During the call, Jacqueline Beems' daughter says her mother and Ric "were both drunk" and punching each other at their home in Charlotte, North Carolina.

Beems' daughter says Ric was bleeding from his forehead and needed medical assistance. She asked that the 911 operator send police to the home to help put an end to the violent altercation. She also noted during the call that Ric did not want her to call and said everything was fine.

Beems was arrested that night and charged with assault
