McIntyre & Barrett WWE Updates
As noted last night here on the website, Drew McIntyre and Wade Barrett have been pulled from WWE TV because their current work visas have expired meaning they can no longer work in the United States. Barrett has gone back to Great Britain while he waits for a new visa, while McIntyre has gone back to Scotland while he waits for a new visa. No word on how long getting the new visas will take. This is why WWE wrote McIntyre's departure into the Smackdown storyline.
WWE Lawyer Responds To Lawsuit Filed By Owen Hart's Widow
WWE lawyer Jerry McDevitt tells Courant.com that the lawsuit filed by the late Owen Hart's widow, Martha, against WWE, Vince and Linda McMahon is without merit.
Martha Hart is suing the WWE for continuing to profit off the likeness of her late husband, especially as it pertains to the new Hart Family DVD set. Martha Hart issued a statement this week saying the WWE filed a lawsuit against her because she "had the nerve" to pursue a wrongful death claim following her husband's death.
McDevitt now says Martha's statement is false. According to him, WWE didn't sue her because she brought the wrongful death claim. However, it did petition a court in Connecticut to hear the claim, instead of the Missouri court where Hart had filed her lawsuit, which was settled before going to trial.
McDevitt calls Hart's statement "pejorative nonsense" and said her current lawsuit is nothing more than "a personal attack" on the McMahon family. Looking For Some Help
I’ve been feeling a little stiff and sore lately, as I own and operate a lawn service company and I am no spring chicken anymore those pangs are to be expected. But living with those pains are not the easiest things in the world to live with so I am looking for relief.
I thought about going to the doctor to see if pain medication is an answer, and then I thought to myself that since I am a recovering alcoholic and I seem to get addicted to things just by looking at them that medication might not be the answer.
So now I am considering a chiropractor and I have asked around and it seems chiropractors are an answer to a lot of my friend’s problems out there. Now my wife and I travel a lot so we would need to find good chiropractors in different states.
Definitely Chiropractor Austin TX and Atlanta GA, but I guess the big problem is finding the right one in the Philippines. So I will be gin my search now, and if any of you, my friends, have someone to recommend then I would love to hear your recommendations.

Drew McIntyre and Wade Barrett have been pulled from WWE television as their current work visas have expired and they are no longer eligible to work within the United States. The Undertaker & Michelle McCool Get Married
It has been confirmed that WWE stars Michelle McCool and Mark Calaway (a/k/a Undertaker) got married on Saturday in Houston, Texas. The two have been romantically linked since 2007.
The private ceremony was attended by family and numerous friends, including those involved with the wrestling industry. Longtime friends Torrie Wilson, Lisa Marie Varon, and Sharmell were present at the wedding.
Both have been previously married, Calaway having been married two previous times with McCool being married once before. Both have divorced as well in recent years — McCool divorced her "high school sweetheart" in 2006, and Calaway divorced his second wife Sara in 2006 or 2007.

Getting Excited
My wife and I have been thinking of having our dream home built lately and the more we talk about it the more excited we are to have it done. First things first, we are looking into having house plans drawn up in order to create the perfect house for us.
Now if you think with each step that we get more excited, well friends, you would be absolutely right! We have been talking and dreaming of building a house for a long time and just the idea that this dream is coming to life and will so soon be a reality really puts big smiles on both of our faces!
Well, the truth is, is that we are going to build a house here in the states and then we will have one built in the Philippines (where my wife is from). We are not so out of touch with reality that we don’t know that this will cost a lot of money, that’s why we’ll have the plans made out for our home in the states first and then when it is a good time we will have the plans drawn up for our home in the Philippines.

The Real Reason Savannah Was Fired From WWE
Ring announcer Savannah (Angela Fong, 25) was released from her WWE contract. She was recently replaced by Jamie Keyes as the ring announcer for NXT and instead moved to a backstage announcer role on RAW. It's said her flubbing lines on last week's RAW while interviewing Wade Barrett was the reason for her dismissal from the company. WWE management was definitely not pleased with this and they let her know about it.
Prior to entering the wrestling industry, Fong was a cheerleader for the British Columbia Lions of the Canadian Football League, as well as a bikini model. She tried out for the 2007 Diva Search and although she didn't make the final cut, WWE would sign her to a developmental contract a few months later. It had been long rumored that Fong would be called up to the main roster in a wrestler capacity, but she instead made her WWE debut as a backstage announcer on ECW. She assumed the role of ring announcer following Lauren Mayhew's departure from the company last November.
Fong reportedly garnered heat with some in the company over a topless scene she filmed for a direct-to-DVD movie called Ratko: The Dictator's Son, a National Lampoon production. This Looks Like Fun
If there is one thing in the world that I wanted to share with my wife since she arrived here in the States (She is a native of the Philippines) is my love for amusement parks and the attractions there. We are making plans to go to some of the local parks here and we have done some research on places that are not so close to us.
The Ghost Ship at Morey's Piers really caught our eye when checking different attractions and places out because it is a combination of live actors, stunts, and animatronics! Now that just has to be the “main Event” of attractions at any park!

Ric Flair Speaks
Ric Flair was recently interviewed by Sport.co.uk to promote TNA's tour of the UK in January 2011. Flair spoke about a number of topics, including his turbulent relationships with Hulk Hogan and Bret Hart. Here are some highlights of what Flair said about:
What's Left For Him To Achieve in Wrestling: "I don't think there is anything left for me to achieve, it is just up to me to maintain that high level of work rate. I'm back in that role now where people expect me to work hard and stay in great physical shape. You never know when you're going to have do something in the ring. I'm tired of working out every day, that is a true story, I'm tired of it, but I will keep doing it because I am motivated and there will be a day where I won't be able to wrestle again. I love it though, it is the most fun I have had in years."
His Relationship With Hulk Hogan: "It's good. We agree to disagree, that is all we'll ever be. It is all business. It has always been magic, there is always going to be interest. If he could wrestle right now it would be limitless what we could do. Until he resolves his health issues we can't, it is definitely in his heart to wrestle, but he just physically is hurting really bad right now. Hopefully surgery can fix that over the next few months. He would definitely love to be in the ring every night."
His Relationship With Bret Hart: "I haven't seen him or talked to him, but that's not my problem. I'm not mad at Bret, I just said what I thought. I thought that the tragedy of Owen Hart was completely different to what happened in Montreal. When the two became intertwined again, I thought that was in really poor taste. What happened to Owen Hart was a tragic accident and no one's fault, but once again the first thing that came up again was Montreal. What happened in Kansas City with Owen has nothing to do with Montreal, but it just rolled into the whole thing again. That's what I said that made Bret mad.
I thought the focus should have been on Owen, not go back and talk about Montreal but that's what surfaced again, as fast as the Kansas City thing happened. Everybody knows that I just wasn't afraid to say anything about it. How could he get mad at Vince McMahon? Nobody made Owen go up there, he wanted to do it. It was a tragic, tragic moment and someone's life was lost, but it certainly wasn't because Vince McMahon made him go up there and jump, and it had nothing to do with Montreal."

Former TNA Knockout Robbed Yet Again
It's been a crazy couple of week's for Lisa Marie Varon (Tara/Victoria). A set of custom wheels valued at $3,000 were stolen off her car parked outside her house in Louisville, KY. Amazingly, the person who stole them, later took them into her Black Widow Customs workshop, and inquired how to fit said wheels on their own car. Staffers at the workshop played it cool, alerted police, and she later got her wheels back. Varon also had some gimmick money stolen while working last weekend at the Philly Comic-Con.

WWE Responds To Martha Hart's Lawsuit
WWE has made an official statement on Martha Hart's lawsuit. WWE's lead attorney Jerry McDevitt claims Martha Hart's lawsuit is the first time WWE has heard from her since both sides settled Owen Hart's wrongful death lawsuit in 2000. He stated that "WWE has the right to use its own copyrighted material."
Martha gave an interview with the Politico and said, "WWE certainly has no problem marketing, distributing products with [Owen Hart's] likeness on it which again, create a false association between me and the WWE, which does not exist. I have to scream it to the world: I have no association with these people."
She also claims to have sent the WWE a cease-and-desist desist" letter on March 25, 2010 before the Hart and Soul DVD set was released, which contradicts McDevitt's claim, and stated there is no political motivation behind her lawsuit or its timing.

My wife recently had an acne problem so we looked into different ways to handle getting rid of it and in doing so we came across some information about Accutane.
Accutane is an acne treatment, a synthetic form of Vitamin A that is made to alleviate severe acne symptoms which has some scary side effects tacked onto it. Some of those side effects are weak skin, Alopecia, depression, suicidal tendencies, birth defects, miscarriages, back pain, joint pain, dry mucus membranes, pink eye, dryness of the eye, vision problems, ringing in the ear, psychosis, liver damage, anaphylaxis, erectile dysfunction, aggressive behavior, bone loss, heart attack, stroke, seizures, lowered white blood cell count, inflammatory bowel disease, and allergic vasculitis.
Now I don’t know about you but after reading these possible side effects it scares me quite bit to think my wife almost used this. I know that some that will read this will say that there is a risk at taking any drug, but when I read the side effects of Accutane, I believe that the end result is worth the risk we would be taking especially with the accutane lawsuit that is taking place now.

"In the 11 years since Owen's tragic and avoidable death, I have worked tirelessly to disassociate Owen's name and likeness from anything related to WWE in order to protect our children from any reminder of the circumstances surrounding their father's death, and to avoid any misplaced perception that I endorse WWE," Hart said in a statement.

His family sued the WWE and the manufacturer of the harness system, alleging that the stunt was dangerous and poorly planned and that the harness system was defective. The lawsuit was settled in 2000, with Martha Hart agreeing to a $18 million settlement.

Hulk Hogan-TNA Creative Plans
The creative team in TNA has been told to make sure Hulk Hogan appears on every episode of iMPACT!, even if its just for a moment. Others in the company feel that Hogan should be used more sparingly, so his appearances have more of an impact.

My Problem with what Bill has to say today is that the 20 billion that was forced from BP will be distributed by the government. We all know how the government works, dirty hands should not be allowed to take control of someone elses money.

Now the important thing is to clean up the Gulf and to help folks who have been harmed by the spill. BP should pay for all of that. All of it. Jeff Hardy Court Update - Another Charge Added
A North Carolina newspaper (ThePilot.com) is running a story that quotes District Attorney Maureen Krueger as saying that no charges against Jeff Hardy have been dropped. In fact, Krueger says "another charge" has been added.
A report yesterday said that 3 of the 4 charges against Jeff had been dropped as of the June 3rd hearing. The story today says that the case was not heard in court on that date, and was carried over until July due to the court being busy.

Rue Mcclanahan RIP
Just heard that Rue Mcclanahan passed away last night. This was truly a classy lady and a great actress. She's made me laugh through episodes of Maude, Mama's Family, and of course The Golden Girls.

On if he watches WWE today: "I watch every now and then when I can. I don't follow it as much as I used to. Technically I'm still with the company. I'm totally independent but technically I'm still with the company and have a great relationship with them but I'm just because I'm trying to focus on the things that I've got going I really don't get to watch that much TV at all. Which is interesting when I go to some meetings to discuss TV projects and they ask me "what do you like to watch on TV?" And I have to tell them that I don't really watch a whole lot of TV. I don't watch the WWE as much as I'd like to, but I don't really watch TV in general."
On The WWE vs. TNA war: "Oh, that was brutal. Just brutal. I've always wished TNA all the luck in the world. I mean, they'll never be able to compete on a level platform with the WWE but I still just want the company to do well because I have a lot of friends over there. It's a good place for guys to work. It's a little bit different of a product. I think they need to differentiate the product even more from what the WWE is because they'll never be able to compete with that. But, that being said, they've got some interesting storylines and some interesting talent over there. It's an alternative."

The Perfect Gift
My wife’s birthday is coming soon and I have been looking very hard to find just the right gift, as this is the first birthday that we will be sharing together. She is so excited because it is her first birthday living in America as well, so I decided that this year I was going to get her the most specialist of gifts that I can think of.I searched the Internet and found something that I believe will keep a smile on her face for years to come and I wanted to share it with you so that you can make that person you love happy as well.
