Current plans call for Jim Ross to remain on WWE programming throughout the duration of Michael Cole's ongoing storyline. His segments have performed strong quarter-hour numbers, which could factor into the company's decision to keep him on television.Also note, there are no plans for Ross to permanently return to announcing. Of course, things could change but as of now it won't be happening.
Bob's Opinion: talk about your waste of talent, Jim Ross is one of the greatest commentators that ever called a match and of course Vince in his infinite wisdom doesn't use him.
