HHH Wants Legitimate HOF

According to the Wrestling Observer, Triple H is a big supporter of having a physical Hall of Fame building. It's said that one of his goals for when he takes over from Vince is to make the Hall of Fame more legitimate.

Bob's Opinion: please make it legit!!

RVD-TNA

Rob Van Dam recently gave a pro-TNA interview with The Sun. In the interview, he says he went to TNA because Hulk Hogan personally recruited him. That is true. He said he is happier there than he ever was in WWE. You can read the entire interview at http://www.thesun.co.uk/sol/homepage/sport/wrestling/

Bob's Opinion: It's good to hear something positive about TNA, it's all seem to have been negative lately

Bret Hart Not Looking Forward To WrestleMania

Bret Hart has provided his thoughts on WrestleMania XXVII on his website. Here is some of what he wrote: "As for the actual line-up, it's been a slow build for much of the card, but for the past few weeks the promos and backstage situations seemed to be rather plain and flat, totally predictable. The Undertaker and Triple H segment with Shawn Michaels played out exactly like I expected, the usual smoke blowing up the rectum stuff, more grunts and then a staring contest, thank God Shawn was there just to add something, anything to it. I suppose there isn't much else these two legends can do as far as buildup goes but it came across to me as having little imagination, the match itself should be one of the better match ups because Taker brings it all the way for Wrestlemania and Triple H can turn it up when he wants to. Triple H has had some hard fought battles over the years, but I don't know if he's ever had his chance to literally blow them away at Wrestlemania but this might be his best chance. Taker, in my opinion, is truly one of the all-time best and time and time again, he has delivered the best match on the show so I expect a good solid match, old school but intense. It could steal the show." You can read the entire blog at http://www.brethart.com/

Bob's Opinion: I totally agree, there should have been a better reason for this match and build up

The WrestleMania 27 Press Conference: The Rock

Take A Step

Well friends, the next step in my wife’s business is e-mail marketing and learning how to do this. Those of you that come here often know about my wife’s business and for those of you that are new to my site, my wife owns and operates a nail salon in our hometown. She has built a nice business but as everyone else in the world does, she wants to make it grow in order that she might make a better living for herself and her family (that would be me). So in thinking on this, the next step in building her business bigger would be e-mail marketing. This is something that you might want to check out yourself friends, that is, if you have a business that you might want to take to the next level or perhaps you have friends or family in that position. Well friends, here’s your chance, just click on the url I have put in this post and you, just like me, can learn more about this and then you can take advantage of what is sure to help any business. So let me know what you think friends, and if this helped you to succeed and we’ll exchange our stories.

Former WWE Creative Team Member Says Randy Orton Is Being Held Back

Former WWE creative team member John Piermarini says that WWE is restricting what Randy Orton can say or do on television. In an interview with Torch Talk and Wade Keller, he spoke about the situation. Here's what he said: "Randy Orton would have been the perfect adversary for "Stone Cold" Steve Austin in the Attitude Era. I think he would have worked great there. I think he can work now, I just think Randy Orton is almost - the way we wanted to do it was, "Look, the kids have got John Cena and the 18-year-olds have Randy Orton." The thing is, what really made Stone Cold work was Stone Cold did things you wanted to do but you never could. You almost lived through Stone Cold. Randy - and it's not his fault because it's us not giving it to him - but Randy doesn't have the chance to do that. Randy has done amazing with his character and I'm amazed with Randy almost every single week. I wish we gave him more to work with to really sort of get him into that creative sort of bad-ass yet PG Stone Cold. By no means do we want to make him Stone Cold Steve Austin, but that's what made Stone Cold cool was doing those things, driving the beer truck. I wish they would give him things to do like that." Bob's Opinion: If they are actually holding him back, then I would be very interested in seeing his full potential!

Steve Austin Talks About A Possible Return

ESPN.com recently interviewed Steve Austin, which you can read here. Here is an except where Austin discusses a possible return…

"I'll tell you what, sometimes you do, but it's just like an itch that you scratch and it goes away. We had that ring at Tough Enough, and it's the same WWE ring they use every week, and I got the chance to bounce around and take some bumps from one of the kids in the contest and gave him a few bumps. Could I still do it? Damn right I could. It may not be quite as good as I used to, but I got it out of my system. I hope people enjoy Tough Enough because I had so much fun doing it, but that's about as close as I want to be to a business that I love."

Bob's Opinion: Smart move Steve, enjoy life!

Getting the Business

Well friends, my wife’s business has moved on to step two in order that she might attract more customers and step two would consist of finding the right search marketing agency. Someone that could help her widen her scope and meet more people in order to draw them into a business relationship with her.

I will tell you friends this is actually quite exciting to watch. To watch a small business being built from the floor up and seeing how different things such as this help the business to jump into a whole different money making proposition.

So when you are searching for a place to get your nails done, well you will be sure to find my wife’s business and everything that she has to offer you along with prices and pictures of the designs that she created herself.

She is very proud of what she has accomplished and hope to accomplish so much more in the very near future with the help of a search marketing agency that will boost her business into a whole different money making bracket! So search it up friends, and see what you find, or if you have a business that you want to build up, check into this yourself!

Rock To Get Physical?

The Rock recently hinted that he may get involved physically at WrestleMania 27 this Sunday night. Speaking with MTV News, he said, "I'm going to take my fist and lay it across somebody's lips and take my boot — which is a size 14, so it's a big boot — and stick it straight up somebody's ass." When asked who he might get phyiscal with he said, "Like with any show, like with any movie, you want to make sure the final five, 10 minutes of the show are worth every penny."

Bob's Opinion: I'll say it again, looks like we'll be getting a great Wrestlemania this year!

The Rock Not Fined By WWE

The Rock was asked on Twitter yesterday if he got fined for swearing. He responded: "Why would I get fined by WWE? I never said b-----s or ass, I said sumb-----s and candy ass, big difference."
Bob's Opinion: but I thought WWE was PG?

Get Designed

Well friends, my wife has been in business now for a few months (she has a nail salon) and we are looking for ways to boost her business. We checked into different things and asked a few people what they thought and most said that she needed something that makes her name stand out. So my wife and I looked on line and have decided what she really needs (as step one) is to get a logo design that will catch peoples eyes and draw them in. now for those of you that come here often, you know that I am in a band and that our logo has started many conversations and has even brought people out to see us that would normally have gone someplace else. So in knowing that the logo had helped the band achieve some success and helped us get noticed just a bit more, we have decided that Mae needed a logo design, but the next step was to find someone that could provide the service that we were looking for and that could do it well. Needless to say we found what we were looking for and now we are just going to sit back and see what kind of conversation this logo might start off!

Jeff Hardy's TNA Future

According to TNA sources, there has been no determination made regarding the future of Jeff Hardy with TNA Wrestling. It's very possible that it won't even be discussed until after his April 20th court date. He's been telling TNA management for months that everything is going to be fine but they have a hard time trusting him for obvious reasons. Jeff Hardy is not backstage at this week's TV tapings and rumors of him returning as a babyface are false. To be honest, there haven't even been any talks regarding that. The Hogan promo several weeks ago way the way of writing him off TV. Bob's Opinion: um, shouldn't they be doing something about the drug problem and worry about the court thing later? will keep you posted as I get more.

Pro Gay Wrestling Federation Champion 'Furious' With Michael Cole

According to TMZ, the Pro Gay Wrestling Federation is outraged that Michael Cole was not suspended by WWE after using a gay slur on Twitter. PGW champion, The Gay Avenger, says that he's upset by Cole's "intolerant and insensitive" comment, and insists the word encourages a "hostile bullying environment." PGW founder and CEO Francis Minks had the following to say… "How can ANYONE at the WWE say anything derogatory about gay people?? Look at what they do and have been doing for a living for years! Big muscles, small tights rolling around! I'm just saying, honey. People in glass houses shouldn't throw sconces!" Cole has issued an apology, and WWE says Cole will take part in a GLAAD training session in an effort to educate him about discrimination. Bob's Opinion: I could care less what this gay wrestling fed thinks, especially after one of them insinuates that those in the WWE are gay...kinda the same insult, ain't it?

WWE Fires Finlay

World Wrestling Entertainment released Dave Finlay yesterday. He had been solely working as an agent/producer since retiring from in-ring competition last year.

PWInsider reports that WWE Champion The Miz was booked to interrupt the national anthem during a live event in Champaign, Illinois on Friday.

A number of representatives for the National Guard were in attendance (a huge partner and sponsor for WWE) and they were not pleased with the anthem being used to draw heel heat. According to the report, once key WWE officials were informed of the ordeal, a decision was made to terminate his contract immediately, since he was the event's top producer.

Basically, he "had to fall on the sword" and take responsibility for the incident. His release from the organization comes as a shock to numerous employees. Finlay is well liked and many people are hoping that it is a situation where he could be brought back in the future once things cool off. Finlay had been with the company from 2001 and was considered the top producer in the organization. Many credit him with orchestrating the women's division over the past decade.

Bob's Opinion: once again Vince won't take responsibility, someone else has to suffer for it

The Real Reason For A Big WrestleMania Match Change

WWE's creative team plugged Santino Marella and Vladimir Kozlov into the Eight Man Tag Team Match with The Corre at Wrestlemania XXVII after it was decided that Christian would be in Edge's corner when "The Rated-R Superstar" defends the World Heavyweight Championship against Alberto Del Rio. Christian and Kofi Kingston were originally pegged for the match. It also said that Marella had "earned a spot on the card" based on his tenure with WWE. Management reportedly feels he "hits a home run" with whatever he is told to do on television and since he hadn't yet worked a WrestleMania match (WrestleMania XXV notwithstanding), he was to be rewarded. In regards to Kingston not being currently slotted for a match at the event, there has been talk in the last day of him facing Drew McIntyre. We'll keep you posted as we get more. Bob's Opinion: will Christian turn on Edge?

Rock Isn't Happy W/ Cena

The Rock posted the following on Twitter, regarding John Cena laying him out on Raw last night: "John Cena - God himself can't save you from the ass kicking I will give you this Sunday at WrestleMania."

Bob's Opinion: 'mania is really looking to be great this year!

Big Randy Savage Announcement Coming?

"The Genuis" Lanny Poffo recently appeared on The Wrestling Minute radio show and revealed some news about his real-life brother, The "Macho Man" Randy Savage. "I'm not going to reveal his big secret because I am afraid of what he'll do to me if I do, but keep watching, in the next month or so Macho Man will be doing something BIG!", said Poffo. We'll keep you posted here on the website.

Bob's Opinion: Well Lanny, you have my attention

Kevin Nash Talks WWE vs. TNA, Appearing at WrestleMania, More

Kevin Nash was recently interviewed by Creative Loafing in Atlanta, here are the highlights…

Will He Be At WrestleMania?: "I haven't been told anything, but like any good pro wrestler, I'll definitely pack my gear because you never know when somebody's going to go down and they need a body. So I'll make sure I have my gear on me in case I am needed. But I will be signing at the fan Axxess for them under my Legends contract. It'll be nice to get back down there, and WrestleMania's always special. It's the Super Bowl of wrestling, and it's nice to be part of the whole weekend. And to do our own little thing to kick it off is something that's special to me because I've never tried to do anything like this before and it's gotten a good response."

What Is His In Ring Future?: "For me, right now at almost 52 years old, I really don't want to be bouncing around too much. I'm blessed that I can get around as well as I can after being beat up for so many years. But I'd still like to do anything I can do to help the young guys and help the federation move forward. So we're going to sit down over 'Mania weekend and the weeks after that, look at some options, and see what works for them and what works for myself and move forward."

On WWE vs. TNA: "I was with TNA for the better part of four or five years. I'd walk through the airport and people'd come up and ask for my autograph and ask if I was ever going to wrestle again. I'd be like, 'I have been for the past five years.' There's that much drop-off between WWE and TNA. Then coming back at the Rumble and running out in front of 20,000 people — well, walking out in my case — it was special. The reaction was nice and it's nice to be back. To me, it was the right move. Everything goes full circle and I became a money player with WWE, and I'd like to finish my career with them."

Bob's Opinion: Say what you want about Kevin Nash, but I say this guy is a class act!

Jerry Lawler Speaks Out

Jerry Lawler recently spoke to IGN.com about his match at WrestleMania with Michael Cole and more. Check out the highlights:

On wanting the original WrestleMania to fail:

"Well of course the whole world was talking about the first WrestleMania and how it was a huge risk on the part of Vince McMahon. And there were a lot of people at the time that had local promotions, like myself and Jerry Jarrett who were partners in Mid-South in Memphis, Tennessee. We were hoping to see it flop. We were hoping that it wouldn't catch on and wouldn't be a success. But as we all know, it did catch on and it did become a success and it's the crown jewel of WWE pay per view events each and every year. It's the biggest thing in the sports entertainment world now. But personally, my old personal self-interests at the time, we were worried that if the first WrestleMania went over big then it would spell the end of the local and regional territories. And we were pretty much right. And Vince was right too, in the respect that he thought this thing had legs and would grow and it has. And it's just become phenomenal."

On Vince McMahon's opinion on the Andy Kaufman feud:

"I just had Vince McMahon tell me, not that long ago, he said, "Man, you can't imagine. I've never told anyone this but I was actually jealous of the fact that you got to do what you did with Andy Kaufman because I knew that we had the opportunity to do it first and we turned it down. And then all of a sudden you guys were on TV and in New York. You got to be on David Letterman and Saturday Night Live. It just blew up.""

On whether he would rather face an actual wrestler at WrestleMania:

"Would I have preferred for it to be a wrestler? Maybe at first. But now, looking back on the way this has all unfolded and the way it's going to be now, I couldn't have had a better opponent. Especially now that it's so reminiscent of the actual Andy Kaufman feud. I mean here, just like Andy, I'm going in the ring against a guy who's never competed. Not only at WrestleMania, but anywhere. So the curiosity factor of what will be going through Michael Cole's mind, other than my fist, makes this the perfect match up here. The people want to see Michael Cole get completely destroyed. They know without the help of Jack Swagger he's going to be helpless and they know that with "Stone Cold" Steve Austin being in the match as the referee, they know he's not going to put up with interference and foolishness. So it'll just come down to me and Cole once that bell rings. So, to me, that's perfect. Because if I can't put a major league whooping on Michael Cole, after all the years I've been in the business, then something's wrong."

Bob's Opinion:...and Jerry is STILL the KING!

Michael Cole's Ego Getting 'Out Of Control' ?

Many within World Wrestling Entertainment feel that Michael Cole's ego has gotten out of control in recent months. There have been reports of "The Voice of WWE" having tremendous heat amongst the locker room. In light of Cole's Twitter miscue over the weekend, one company source gave his opinion on how the lead WWE announcer conducts himself behind the scenes. "Is Cole getting a big head? HELL YES," the source exclaimed. "Ever since he was reading the GM e-mails he started begging to become GM and walks around like his s--t doesn't stink. He has an opinion on everything." The source also indicated that Cole berates creative writers who hand him scripts, as he feels he can say whatever he wants on television. Many feel Cole's on-screen persona has gone to his head as how he portrays himself on television reflects his behavior behind the scenes. The source indicated that incidents such as his flagrant remark on Twitter would be cause for termination if Vince McMahon was looking for an excuse to release a talent. However, the organization has too much invested in the Jerry Lawler vs. Michael Cole program to abandon it. Bob's Opinion: I am no Michael Cole fan by any means (please bring back JR) and I hope this report is wrong, but if not, the guy needs to go or at least demoted

More On Kurt Angle's Arrest

The Associated Press has picked up on the Kurt Angle arrest story. That means numerous media sites will now pick up the story. The AP article quotes Capt. Kevin Robson of the North Dakota Highway Patrol and he contradicts some of the statements that Angle made on Twitter about his arrest.

Capt. Robson said that Angle made no call the police and that a passer-by on I-29 called the cops to report there was a car in the median of the freeway. An officer was dispatched and found Angle behind the wheel of a red Dodge Durango. The officer said he smelled alcohol on Angle's breath and then Kurt failed field sobriety tests. Angle said on Twitter that he hit an icy patch, but according to the officer, the road was completely dry. Angle also told police that he had received a text message that distracted him, which caused him to go into the median.

Bob's Opinion: Like I said before, I am not the man's judge. we will just have to wait and see what happens

Dropping The Weight

I have been trying for a while to drop weight, because ever since my wife became pregnant, well it seems that I am eating for two as well. Not a great excuse I know but that’s what’s happening. So I went online recently looking for a diet that might be for me and I found the HCG Diet. At HCG their goal is to help us lose weight and they do it at a price that I can afford! Now I know I need to lose weight, but knowing that I can do it without breaking my bank account just gives me that much more incentive! So watch out world, I’m going to be looking slim and trim before you know it!

Monday's WWE Raw in Chicago, Ill. will feature an in person appearance by The Rock, who is advertised for a confrontation with John Cena and The Miz. Plus, the final Raw before WrestleMania 27 will have Triple H and Undertaker face-to-face.

Bob's Opinion: I am really looking forward to it!

Shane Douglas Worried For Jeff Hardy, Says Ric Flair Is Tarnishing His Legacy

On episode #11 of the WNS Podcast for WrestlingNewsSource.com, Danny Ray, Jordan Landry and Tyler Abear interview former WWE, WCW and ECW Star "The Franchise" Shane Douglas. He opens the interview promoting his upcoming appearance for the TV Taping of The Death Match Tournament which he will be hosting LIVE Sat. April 2nd at NJN Studios 25 South Stockton Street - Trenton, NJ 08608! Here are some interview highlights: On Ric Flair tarnishing his legacy: During the interview Douglas revealed that he would have liked to have wrestled The Anderson's, Ricky "The Dragon" Steamboat and Ric Flair in their prime. He notes he always had something personal to prove with Flair and he never thought he was on the same level as him because he was truly iconic for his time but he said "as a man I am ten times the man he has ever been" when asked for his thoughts on Ric Flair tarnishing he legacy in TNA at the moment Douglas said "I think Ric Flair has been tarnishing his legacy since 1990" he added "he has done more to tarnish his career then anything I could have said or did, then anybody could have said or did." On Vince McMahon being accountable: Following on from discussions of Flair being still in the ring at his age Douglas notes that the wrestling business is unkind to older performers unlike football, baseball and basketball that have unions and player associations. He said "Vince McMahon should get pressed a little more about this question as opposed to whatever his daughter, son or wife is running for, he needs to be held accountable for the industry he has monopolized and controlled for over twenty years" On Jeff Hardy's current situation: When asked for his opinion on the current Jeff Hardy situation in TNA, Douglas said: "It is not for me to say publicly about his personal life but I will say this I am worried about him, I have seen far too many names walk the path he is walking and end up at the end of an obituary as opposed to the top of the pile" He adds that he is saddened that TNA Wrestling has not done anything about the situation and if they do not do it then nobody will and it will just lead to Hardy going down the wrong path "Objectionable at best, disgusting at worst that an entity like TNA would allow what appears to be by all accounts a train wreck and utilise it just because they can make some money of it, that to me is the real travesty and that to me is the real question people should be asking - Why aren't the powers at TNA holding him accountable?" He adds their might be something going on behind the scenes but he has yet to see any sign of it. Douglas also pays tribute to Sir Oliver Humperdink, talks about his upcoming book, his relationship with the late Chris Candido and Bam Bam Bigelow, life after wrestling and MORE! Bob's Opinion: Great Interview

Blinds

Well friends, if you have been keeping up with some of my posts, then you know the wife and I are planning to move to the Philippines during the winter months, but let us not forget that we will have a home here for the biggest part of the year as well! So my wife and I have discussed things we could do to make the homestead look just a bit homier and she decided that the first thing we should look into are blinds for our windows! So what do we do first? Yes friends, you are right, we jump on the Internet and we do our research, as we love to save money and yet find the best things that are available out there without breaking the bank! I am sure that my wife will have a lot more plans for our home in the states, but I guess the blinds will definitely be first! I thought that perhaps you might share some pictures with me of blinds that you may have in your windows and it might help me to make a better decision on what we would be getting for our windows. Thanks for your help friends, anything I can do for you, then just let me know!

Hulk Hogan Comments On TNA's Lack Of Progress

A fan criticized Hulk Hogan on Twitter for TNA Wrestling making little forward progress after joining the organization over a year ago with promises of high expectations. Hogan responded to his criticism. "Have you ever moved a mountain?" he replied. "It moves slow. There's more to this business than you or I will ever understand. "I'm trying, I think I've learned a lot in thirty years, we are on the same page. I've been there a year. That's funny. McMahons have been in it for decades and decades!"

Bob's Opinion: If I had one complaint about TNA...drum roll please...not enough wrestling!

Michael Cole Praises Jerry Lawler

The Poughkeepsie Journal published an article today on Michael Cole. When asked about his match at WrestleMania XXVII, the Amenia, New York native broke character and said, "The dream's come true. I'm participating in an event against a man who is an absolute legend and Hall of Famer in Jerry Lawler. I'm so honored and privileged just to have the opportunity to participate in a match against this man. "Plus Stone Cold is our special referee. To be in there with two of the greatest icons, it's like a reality check. It's such a great ride." He also said that his 24-year-old son Calvin is working for WWE in the television production department and travels with him on the road. The story can be read here.

Bob's Opinion: That all good, but I hope after 'mania, that cole just goes back to announcing. enough already with the sucking up to the Miz angle, it's starting to bore me

Moving?

Well friends, my wife and I have been talking recently about making a move to the Philippines (just for 3 months of the year) and we have been wondering how to go about making the move so we do as we always do and go on the Internet to do some research. In doing so, we found some great moving companies in the states and it almost makes us wish that we were moving somewhere in the states! There are great moving companies all over the states, including the San Marcos Moving Company and there are a lot others out there as well! So we thought perhaps we would exchange ideas of moving and the companies that we use with my loyal readers. What I would like for you to do is leave a comment on this post and let me know movers that you, your family or friends have used before and we will do the same for you. This way we can narrow down the best moving companies in each of our areas of the nation. Sound good to you? Well let’s get started and my wife and I will be doing some asking around here as well in order that we can all get the best movers available!

Kurt Angle Issues Statement - Says He Wasn't Drunk

Kurt Angle was arrested yesterday in Grand Forks, North Dakota and charged with "being in control of a motor vehicle while intoxicated," after failing a field sobriety test. Contrary to the report, he claims he was not drunk and that the story was blown out of proportion. "Thank U to my supporters. I was not drunk. I was in ice storm and my car slid into 3 ft of snow median. I called police 4 help. They had other plans. I was stuck and wanted to go to my hotel. I was not passed out drunk. I was coherent. I'm sorry if I let you down. Don't believe everything You read. My life is good and this is a speed bump in the road. The truth will come out. GOD Bless. I take responsibility for this. "My job is to stay clean and never put myself in jeopardy. TMZ blew it out of proportion. After my Hearings, I will give You proper story. GOD Bless. Kurt Angle. I Love You all." Following the arrest, he worked the evening's TNA Wrestling live event in Grand Forks, North Dakota. Keep in mind that cops arrested him for failing a field sobriety test. Bob's Opinion: Well I dunno, will just wait and see. not my place to judge the man

The Planned WrestleMania Main Event Is?

WWE.com now has John Cena vs. the Miz in the main event spot for WrestleMania 27. This will likely change numerous times throughout the week.

Bob's Opinion: Sorry, but I think the Undertaker/HHH match should be the main event

**WARNING**

I’ve got a bit of a warning for you friends. Do you know anyone that’s pregnant or has been pregnant and has taken Topamax (known generically as topiramate)? Pregnant women should be aware that the drug Topamax poses serious health risks to the unborn child. On March 4, 2011, the United States Food and Drug Administration issued a warning that the drug increases the risk of oral cleft defects when used by women during the first trimester of pregnancy. Oral cleft defects include cleft lip and cleft palate. Oral cleft defects occur when parts of the lip or palate do not completely fuse together and can lead to increased ear infections and other problems. They often require corrective surgery. So friends, I am letting you know that there is a topamax lawsuit going on now and if you or someone that you know has taken this drug, well friends, you may be entitled to compensation, So follow the link that I have provided and see for yourself if you are eligible to be a part of the topamax lawsuit. I certainly hope that all is well with you and your families friends, and I hope that you all are very healthy and don’t need this, but if not it’s good to know that help is available!

Michael Cole Writes Homophobic Slur On Twitter, Then Apologizes

Michael Cole posted a homophobic slur yesterday on his recently launched Twitter account as he called fellow WWE announcer Josh Mathews a 'f--got'. The tweet was in response to Mathews writing "Chicago!", the host city of this Monday's RAW taping. The one word message was deleted approximately half an hour later and an apology was issued. A screenshot of the offensive tweet is at this link. "I apologize to any and all who were offended by my tweet toward young Josh Mathews," Cole wrote. "It was obviously not meant the way it was taken." He later added, "I was not ordered to apologize I said I am sorry because I am. Now can I get back to being a character again please?" Bob's Opinion: I am by no means an activist for gay rights or the such, but if people are serious about stopping all of the bullyinh going on these days...well this was just a stupid move (in or out of character)

Will Scott Hall Be At HBK's HOF Induction?

Scott Hall confirmed in an interview with Wrestling News Live that he would not be attending Shawn Michaels's Hall of Fame Induction. When asked, he said "I want to announce right now that I wanted to be in Atlanta to see Shawn (Michaels) get inducted into the hall of fame but I had to change my mind because I'm not strong enough to be in that situation right now. All I wanted to be was around all my old buddies in Atlanta where we were over like rover with the NWO stuff, such a fun city… but being with the boys is such a heavy trigger for me to party like that. I'm not ready for that atmosphere, I'm just going to sit at home and watch it on Pay Per View". Bob's Opinion: Smart Move Scott

Saving Money

Lately my wife and I have been discussing what we could do to shrink the bills that our coming into our home. One suggestion she had was to switch from cable to Satellite TV, and after doing a bit of research we were very pleased at how much money that we could actually save! We know several people who have Direct TV and out of all of them that we definitely know have it, well friends they recommend it to us as well. All I know is that we want to shrink our bills without actually having to give up too much and it seems that doing things this way that we actually get more for our money and that makes my wife happy!

Sir Oliver Humperdink Passes Away

Percy Pringle announced via his Twitter account that Sir Oliver Humperdink passed away last evening. Humperdink had been fighting cancer.

Bob's Opinion: I would like to send my condolences to the family, friends and fans Oliver Humperdink.

Shawn Michaels Speaks Out

Shawn Michaels spoke in the new issue of WWE Magazine about his post-wrestling life, the Hall of Fame and more. Here are some of the highlights:

On his retirement: "No matter how many times you say, 'I'm not coming back,' someone will always question you. There's always someone out there, especially with the Internet, saying you'll be coming back, or that you have ulterior motives, or whatever. That's just part of the gig."

On whether the Undertaker is a factor in his staying retired: "Again, I'm in a position where I have the luxury of being able to say, 'No, I don't want to do that' if I don't want to do something. And, if I say that, it's not going to happen. I wouldn't have put my career on the line against Undertaker's streak if I wasn't 100 percent ready to accept the consequences. Staying retired is as much about respecting him, and the match, as it is about respecting the promise I made to myself and my family. Sometimes there are moments that you just can't beat."

On Ric Flair's return: "So many people ask me about Ric, and whether his return bothers me. I always say, 'Absolutely not.' One match at Wrestlemania XXIV - that moment - was truly 100 percent real to me. And it was real to him. And that's never going to change. I want Ric to be happy. And to be perfectly honest, I know he's happiest when he's in the ring. That moment will always be very special to me."

On guys who return after retiring: "It's very tough to make a well thought-out decision when you don't have the time to think it out. I had that luxury, I was able to craft the circumstances surrounding my exit to the point that the career-ending stipulation meant something. I understand why people can't stay away. The atmosphere of the business - being around the guys in the locker room or out in the ring - can be very intoxicating."

Bob's Opinion: truly one of the greatest

WWE Star Debuts New Name, Character & Finisher

Husky Harris, who was demoted last month to Florida Championship Wrestling (though officially still listed as a RAW Superstar), recently debuted a masked character in the developmental promotion.

Paying homage to his grandfather, WWE Hall of Famer Blackjack Mulligan, Harris appeared at the March 9 and 16 FCW live events as Axl Mulligan. His appearance appears based on the Lord Humongous character from the 1981 film Mad Max 2: The Road Warrior, which spurned various knock-offs in wrestling. Harris wears jeans and a black Misfits T-shirt to go along with the hockey like mask.

Harris has also changed his in-ring mannerisms and is using the Stone Cold Stunner as his finishing maneuver. He beat Ricardo Rodriguez with the move last Wednesday, and then struck Brodus Clay during a post-match brawl. P

It is unclear as to whether the character will continue as Harris appeared as himself at last Thursday's FCW live event, one day removed from appearing as the masked persona.

Bob's Opinion: was that the stone cold stunner? or the diamond cutter? or the RKO? or...

Major Changes To Two Top WrestleMania Matches

According to sources within WWE, a change is expected to be made to a top tier WrestleMania match over the next few days. Many are speculating that Christian will be added to the World Heavyweight Championship Match between Edge and Alberto Del Rio.

As of yesterday, creative plans called for Triple H vs. The Undertaker to conclude WrestleMania, with no career ending stipulations.

Bob's Opinion: HHH should not end the streak, let the Undertaker retire with it, he deserves that much at least after all of the years he's given the WWE

WWE Objects To Being Called a Wrestling Company

WWE sent a demand to a website that called them a wrestling company to change their wording. TVWeek.com had a headline that ran "'Drew Carey inducted into pro wrestling Hall of Fame." They received an email from WWE publicist Kellie Baldyga, ordering them to the headline because "We are no longer a wrestling company but rather a global entertainment company with a movie studio, international licensing deals, publisher of three magazines, consumer good distributor and more."

The publicist further said "No, we don't do wrestling events. They're entertainments. And we don't call them wrestlers. They're superstars and divas."

TVWeek refused and removed the article rather than change the headline.

Bob's Opinion: This is why I'm not the fan that I used to be, Vince is too interested in being "hollywood" and seems to be embarrassed by PRO WRESTLING, you know what I am talking about vince, that little thing that has made you a billionaire?

Jeff Hardy Sent Home

TNA has made the decision to send Jeff Hardy home from this week's set of iMPACT! tapings.

Sting was always scheduled to retain the title in last night's main event.

There is no truth to rumors that Jeff Hardy was arrested last night.

Bob's Opinion: Fire him or send him to rehab, you cannot keep rewarding behavior like this

Jeff Hardy Meetings In Orlando, FL Right Now

Some form of decision regarding Jeff Hardy should be made soon. There are meetings going on in Orlando right now, and there are forces working to get him sent home from TV.

Due to all of the news from last night's PPV, Jeff Hardy was trending on Twitter.

Bob's Opinion: Send him home already, better yet, fire his ass

Jeff Hardy Tweets After Victory Road

Jeff Hardy wrote "Things are op" on his Twitter last night after Victory Road.

Bob's Opinion: whatever that means.

Jeff Hardy's Condition

the reason that the Victory Road main event was so short was because Jeff Hardy was in no condition to wrestle in his match against Sting. Sting was said to be a complete professional about the entire situation but was clearly pissed after the match.

People within the company are reportedly very upset that Hardy was even sent to the ring, when it was clear to people backstage that he should never have been sent out.

Also, people within the company felt that the card should have been reshuffled so that the company would not have been embarrassed like they were last night. Many people within the company are very upset right now, because the company came off looking bad, and because the situation is representative of greater problems that plague the company.

Bob's Opinion: This is the one problem that I have with TNA, they allow things like Hardy getting wasted to go on there.

Funky, furry vest

Guest post written by Mandi Cinders

When I was watching the Rachel Zoe Project on TV a few months ago I noticed all those furry vests that she loves to wear and decided that I wanted one for myself. Except it's a little harder to find really great ones than I would have thought. I'm sure all the ones that Rachel Zoe has are designer and vintage ones. But it's tough to find new ones at a cheaper rate.

So I've been looking up all kinds of furry vests online to try and buy. But as much time as I've spent using my
ISP to look them up online, it's been really tough for me to find one that's exactly like I want.

Maybe I'm just really picky but I also want to practice more care in buying one since I can't try it on before I get it. There are always returns, but that's a lot of hassle. I looked up that a longer version of a vest like that would be better for my body type, so I picked one out that's like that.

Shelton Benjamin Returning To WWE?

Shelton Benjamin worked a dark match prior to this week's SmackDown! taping in Houston, Texas, beating SmackDown Superstar Curt Hawkins. The feeling is that based on how well he performed and the solid reaction he received from the hometown crowd, he will receive an offer to return to the organization after WrestleMania XXVII.

Follow the match, Benjamin said on Twitter that he 'may or may not be returning to WWE'.

Bob's Opinion: Very talented man

Another Chore

The wife and I have been looking at our house lately and have been wondering what could we possibly do to make the house have a more homey and welcoming feeling? Well after a lot of looking and discussing we have decided that we would like to have new flooring in the house, particularly Laminate flooring install.

Don’t misunderstand me, we really have a nice home, we are just looking to make it a bit better. So we did our research online to decide who would be the best to take care of this task for us. Believe me when I tell you that we do not just step into something and do it, we investigate, research and really do our homework on the subject at hand.

We also decided that we would like to have hardwood flooring in the living room, I always had a love for the home that I was raised in and it had hardwood flooring in all rooms, I loved it!

So anyway friends, we are going back to our task at hand and soon will post pictures of the job that was done. Hope you will leave comments on what you will think of the final product!

The Undertaker's WWE Future

The Undertaker is still rehabilitating his torn rotator cuff after it was surgically repaired late last year. He's been working aggressively to rehab the injury in hopes that he won't be severely limited for his match against Triple H at WrestleMania XXVII. The damage from his latest injury was bad enough that it is expected to confine his mobility in the long-term.

While there has been much speculation that his in-ring career is coming to an end, multiple WWE sources believe that he could at least appear at WrestleMania events for years to come as long as he keeps himself in shape, is able to perform his signature maneuvers, and can work around his physical limitations.

Bob's Opinion: Know when to say when

The Rock's RAW Return Revealed

WWE has posted the following on their website…

"Just 24 hours after WrestleMania XXVII Host Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson takes the reins of The Show of Shows, "the most electrifying man in entertainment" will be appearing on Monday Night Raw, live in Atlanta."

Bob's Opinion: If you're supposed to be back in the WWE, Rock, why not show up to RAW in person more often?

Trying To Quit?

You know friends, lately I have been watching my dad and in doing so I noticed that his cough is becoming more and more frequent. Now just so that you know, my father has COPD and emphysema and has no business smoking but that is what he sees fit to do.

Now,
I was a smoker at one time so I know how hard that it is to quit cold turkey, but these days there are places that would love to help you do so. I recently came across several different ways to do that on the Internet and I plan to try one of these ways with my dad.

Keep your fingers crossed friends, this method has helped a lot of people and now I will let me dad take his shot at using
blu electronic cigarette.

Backstage Heat On SD! Diva

Kaitlyn has been on hand for all recent SmackDown! tapings, but has been sparingly used. It is said that some of the veteran female talent have chastised Kaitlyn for not paying her dues, but ironically, it's products of the Diva Search that are complaining.

Bob's Opinion: Isn't this why they are called "divas"?

MCW Picked Up By TruTV

Micro Championship Wrestling has been acquired by TruTV. MCW filmed a pilot with Bischoff-Hervey Productions. No word on when production will start, but it should be anytime.

It will be taping in Tampa on March 8th with a scheduled appearance by Hulk Hogan. This is now the second wrestling series from Bischoff-Hervey, apart from their work with TNA. They also did Celebrity Championship Wrestling on CMT.

Bob's Opinion: More as I get it

Making Choices

I find it fun to go and watch my nephews and nieces play the sports that they choose to participate in and now that I am a father I look forward to watching my own kids do the same. I love football and I hope someday that a son of mine will find an interest in playing the game.

So, not being the procrastinator, I look online to find something to help me in the process of making my child the best that he can be if he decides to play football. Now I found many things to help such as
coaches choice dvd.

Now I don’t want you, my friends, to think that I will be pushing my child into something that he does not want to do, I would never do that, but I am surely going to be ready just in case he finds an interest in the game.
