John Cena Says The Jorts Are Retired, Explains Meaning Behind New Shirt
Sunday at Vengeance, John Cena debuted new ring gear, replacing his trademark "jorts" with shorts featuring a variety of camouflage designs. He says this will be a permanent move.
"The jean shorts, for the moment, have been retired," Cena tells WWE.com. "These are military-issued camo, and I think they will stand out. I have every U.S. Military service branch represented: Army, Marine Corps., Air Force, Navy and Coast Guard. I’ll be changing it up from time to time."
Cena, however, clarified that he hasn't ditched the denim completely.
"They're always in the closet," Cena said. "Maybe when they come back in style 30 years from now I'll bust them out for the WWE Hall of Fame or something."
Cena also discussed his new "Rise Above Hate" shirt, which features the logo of the anti-bullying "be a STAR" campaign printed on the sleeve.
"I wanted to make a positive statement," Cena said. "I have a varied group of loyal fans out there that will literally back me through thick and thin. I’m known for crazy graphics and colors on my shirts, and I've pretty much run through the entire rainbow. I didn’t want the message to be drowned out with a graphic or anything like that, so we went real simple and put the words 'Rise Above Hate' with 'Hustle, Loyalty, Respect' on the back.
Bob's Opinion: How can you not like this guy? It makes me so mad when fathers get their sons to dislike him just because they do. He sets a good moral example and that's rare these days!

The Great Khali Involved In a Legal Dispute
Media outlets in India are reporting that The Great Khali is in the middle of a land dispute there. Khali reportedly purchased land to build a wrestling school but a neighbor says his 1 acre of land is within the area that was purchased by Khali. Khali left to return to the United States after purchasing the land so police are investigating the land dispute.

Bobby Roode defeated James Storm at tonight's TNA Impact Wrestling tapings in Macon, Georgia to become the new World Heavyweight Champion.

Vince McMahon Reportedly Upset Over Recent Zack Ryder T-Shirt
Vince McMahon reportedly "freaked out" a few weeks back when seeing Zack Ryder's "Take Care, Spike Your Hair" t-shirt because of the word "Spike." Apparently this has to do with Spike TV and TNA being on their network.
Ryder's shirts had sold out on WWE's shop website and he had a new Authentic shirt out. Word is that Vince originally wanted to pull the "Spike" shirts but decided to stop production on them but sell the ones that were in stock.
Bob's Opinion: Are you afraid of TNA Vinnie? How stupid can you be?

WWE Plans for Mick Foley
Mick Foley likely won't be in person at the Survivor Series pay-per-view on November 20th because of a previous charity commitment. Foley will still appear on the November 14th RAW from Boston and likely the November 21st RAW from Hershey, PA. The belief is that Foley will become a regular on WWE TV, in a non-wrestling role, beginning early next year.

RAW did a 3.31 rating this week, up from a 3.1 last week. The show averaged 4.71 million viewers, up 300,000 from last week, but down 300,000 from two weeks ago.
Hour one averaged 4.93 million viewers while hour two averaged 4.5 million viewers.

Bob's Opinion: Pretty good numbers for a RAW that (in my opinion) sucked

TNA Taping Impact Wrestling Tonight in Georgia, Future of TNA Tapings on the Road
TNA will tape Impact Wrestling tonight in Macon, Georgia, including the November 3rd episode that will see the debut of MTV Jersey Shore star Ronnie Ortiz-Magro.
Following tonight's tapings in Georgia, the rest of the 2011 Impact Wrestling shows will be taped at the Impact Zone in Orlando. In late December, TNA will tape five weeks of Impact over four days and then will take the holiday vacation. Over the holidays, officials are planning to re-evaluate the future of taping Impact outside of Orlando. Most within TNA aren't expecting a lot of Impact tapings on the road in 2012.

Health Update On The Dynamite Kid
Speaking to Arda Ocal of The Score, former WWE talent Harry Smith discussed his relationship with Tom "Dynamite Kid" Billington, who was a cousin and tag team partner of his late father. Billington presently resides in Manchester, England and suffers from the after-effects of steroids and his high-impact wrestling style, which has left him confined to a wheelchair and partially paralyzed.
Smith said, "I've keep in touch with my Uncle Tommy, I went and saw him last November, that's when the WWE did a tour over there (in England). It was really great seeing him; we watched some of his old matches in Japan. Physically he's in rough shape but mentally he's still pretty sharp, we had a pretty good time and I hope to see him again soon."

James Storm Responds To Being Called "Too Southern"
James Storm has responded to an online report stating that some people within TNA Wrestling consider him "too southern" to represent the organization as World Heavyweight Champion.
He tweeted Tuesday, "I think it's awesome that I'm to "southern". It makes me....ME. So to the people who don't like it... Sorry about you damn luck. And a little FYI it's not to southern, it's to redneck and the are beer drinking rednecks all over THE WORLD not just the south."
Bob's Opinion: Amen! And for those that disagree...tell that to Stan Stasiak

WWE's website has posted a storyline update on Triple H following the attack from Kevin Nash on last night's RAW Supershow. They report that the WWE COO has suffered fractured vertebrae in his neck. The doctor adds that Triple H will be out of action for at least six weeks.

WWE Changing Survivor Series Plans
WWE changed plans with The Rock and John Cena at Survivor Series as they originally had a traditional Survivor Series match planned with the two on the same team. That was changed to The Rock and John Cena vs. The Miz and R-Truth in part because officials felt that putting Rock and Cena in a traditional 5-on-5 match would take too much attention off them going into their WrestleMania 28 match.
Bob's Opinion: For some reason, this Cena/Rock Wrestlemania match doesn't excite me

Vince’s Relationship With The Divas
Vince McMahon currently has a love/hate relationship with the WWE Divas. He feels that the shows need to have at least one Divas segment due to a demo it draws, but when they go out there, he feels it is a waste of time and has Cole do anything but promote them
Bob's Opinion: He doesn't like the Divas but he likes Cole? Kinda twisted!

TNA News: Working With AAA, Eric Bischoff’s Power, More
- The reason that Eric Bischoff has so much power within TNA is due to Spike TV working directly through him. This is because Spike TV had lost faith in Dixie Carter, following the situation where they were doing the angle to get the Main Event Mafia back together last year and they spent months building it up. She had told Spike TV that Booker T and Kevin Nash were going to be back. But Booker had no interest in returning. Kevin Nash was under contract but got out of it, (reportedly telling friends he threatened to "tell the truth about her") and she released him from his contract and allowed him to sign with WWE. Months of build went nowhere, and Fortune was turned face to feud with Immortal.
- TNA officials will be meeting with AAA officials, with the idea of working together more. In AAA, they are doing an angle with Konnan and Dorian Roldan bringing wrestlers in from TNA with the idea that they are trying to get TNA to take over AAA.
- Jules Werton was hired as the new head of Public Relations, replacing Steven Godfrey.
Bob's Opinion: How could anyone have faith in Bischoff???

As seen at Vengeance last night, John Cena debuted his new "Rise Above Hate" t-shirt. WWE's shop website has the t-shirts up for sale in adult, women and youth sizes plus sweatbands, a pendant and a baseball cap to fit Cena's new theme.

She Looks Like A Knockout!
The reason my wife has been checking out www.shoeminute.com is that my wife has been watching wrestling on television with me lately, I don’t really think it is to spend time with me or ever to watch those muscle bound guys without their shirts on. I believe she is watching to see what the WWE Divas and the TNA Knockouts will be wearing that week.
She really envies these women for the shoes that they get to wear. So as always, I like to make my wife happy, I told her that she should go online and do research on the quality of these shoes and possibly how much she would need to pay in order to have some for herself.
She recently found this site that reviews fashionable woman’s shoes and boots from high end designers. I believe she has found a place to find the shoes that would fit her perfectly. Does your wife deserve the best? Check out this site and give it to her!
